"Ms. Jessica Bryant helped me to change my vehicle insurance from Liberty Mutual, a 45 years customer. She explained everything thoroughly, very professional and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed working with Ms. Bryant. She kept me informed. I really appreciate her for finding a way not to lust my spouse as a driver on my insurance due to him not living here along with a ten months order of protection. He totaled his vehicle several months ago. I left Liberty Mutual because they still wanted me to pay insurance premiums for spouse. Thank you, Ms. Bryant. She also found ways for me to save eighty dollars a month compared to Liberty Mutual. I recommend that Ms. Bryant gets a raise. Lurester Clardy"

"My wife and I went to the Rebecca Gibson-State Farm Insurance office in Conway to check on auto insurance and get a quote. We were greeted and attended by Chelsea A. And may I say that she was so genuinely helpful and meticulous throughout the whole time we spent at the office, explaining to us our options answering questions, pros and cons. My wife and I did not feel pressured and by the same token we were not rushed either. Needless to say we went with state farm for our auto insurance and we are going to bundle other insurances. The office location has ample parking and a welcoming environment from the whole staff. Kudos to the agency at a time where good public relations is difficult to come across.
Had to add a car to my policy and went by the new office at river oaks, great location more convenient, Taylor took care and of adding my car quickly and professionally while at the same time answering my questions and printing my documents, I was in and out in less than 8 minutes. Kudos to Taylor for being so professional and friendly and adding my car to the policy in a timely manner."

"Hope was absolutely wonderful to work with! My parents recently moved to Myrtle Beach from out of state, and she made the process of switching their insurance incredibly easy. She took the time to go over everything with them, found ways to get them more coverage for less money, and made sure they actually understood what they were getting.
